Grant Application
A no-fluff form built for people already exhausted by paperwork.
Cancer sends a second bill. Past the copays sits roughly $500 a month of fuel, food, and keeping the lights on — what oncologists call financial toxicity. We built the platform that lets a small Florida non-profit find those patients, verify them through their own oncologist, and get money to them while treatment is still happening.
The Quartermaster Foundation gives adult cancer patients a maximum of $500 a month for up to three months, covering the out-of-pocket costs insurance ignores. Qualeto built and shipped the whole thing — the public site, the grant application, a token-gated verification form the oncologist’s office completes and signs, multi-role accounts for staff, donors and volunteers, and the admin desk it all runs from. The Foundation is its own organization: we built it for them, we don’t run it.
A maximum of $500 a month, for up to three months, one grant per person for life. Everything below exists to get that money to the right person and prove it went there.

A token-gated link the treating office completes and signs — on screen, or on a printed PDF.
Applications move review → verification → approved → funded, with a note at every step.
One login can be an applicant, a donor, a volunteer, or crew — in any combination.
Donors submit auction items, staff approve them, approved items appear on the event page.
Signed medical forms are never web-reachable. CSRF on every form, parameterized queries throughout.
The half of this build that wasn’t about cancer grants became a free CMS we gave away.

Job management for contractors
Give clients a branded portal to submit requests, track jobs, and pay invoices — while you stay organized with job management, quotes, and scheduling in one place.
Self-hostable, free, given away
The general half of the Quartermaster Foundation build, pulled out into a content management system of its own — then given away, free and open, to organizations of every kind.
Tell us what you’re building — we’d love to help.
